The starting point for BayInCo came in 2018, when two passionate individuals met – both driven by a strong ambition to create something new. Drawing on solid experience in business insights, interim solutions, and recruitment, they laid the foundation for what BayInCo is today.
What began as a business relationship gradually grew into a strong friendship, built on shared values and a passion for people, coaching, and mentorship. The pursuit of joy at work became a driving force and laid the foundation for a warm company culture that would come to define BayInCo. Soon, the idea was born to create a network of people with shared values and to build a community where everyone has the space to grow and reach their full potential.
The combined experience in interim solutions, recruitment, leadership, and business insight became the foundation for developing effective solutions for placing specialists in finance and accounting. The vision was clear: to become the industry’s best employer and the leading provider of interim specialists – always with heart, commitment, and quality.

Craig Schlebusch

Craig Schlebusch is a committed, creative and an inspiring person who is not afraid of new opportunities. Craig’s interest has always been in motivating people to find their next steps and to develop themselves.
Originally from South Africa, Craig moved to the UK in 1995 and built his career in recruitment and career coaching. Since 2012, Craig has lived in Gothenburg.
Craig has experience of working in three different countries and also had the opportunity to start up an outsourcing hub in medical recruitment based in India. Craig has almost 30 years of experience in recruitment and executive search and he has held several senior management positions plus worked with many different companies, large and small, as well as experience in international recruitment and guiding people achieve their full potential through career coaching. He has been a partner to, among others, Volvo Cars, Garmin, Oatly, Amazon Cloud Services and Harvey Nash.
Craig has a diploma in business management and a diploma in coaching and is a qualified personal trainer.
He is inspired by meeting new people, hearing their stories and seeing how he can contribute to a person’s career development. Craig enjoys the swimming pool as much as driving his motorcycle on long country roads, to listening to music and going to concerts and enjoying his family.
Lars Andréason

Lars Andréason is a positive and solution-oriented person who laughs easily with a twinkle in his eye. In Lars’s world, nothing is impossible, and tight deadlines does not cause stress, since it is just another opportunity to challenge himself.
Lars started early in his career so take an interest in group development, leadership and what makes people reach their full potential. As management consultant and manager at the “startup” Bredbandsbolaget it became evident that setting directions and delivering extraordinary results in a short time was of vital importance to succeed.
Over the years, and especially during the time at Clas Ohlson as Managing Director of Business Area Sweden, the insight of developing the right values, searching for the right behaviors in a person has grown and is now of as great importance as is the technical competence.
Lars has a University degree in Business as well as System engineering degree and has in addition taken supplement classes in psychology and a certificate in Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
Lars is methodical, calm, commercial and determined. Lars enjoys the sea, the forest and his training, and these things assist him to collect his thoughts, charge his batteries and prepare him for his daily opportunities.
Kailash de Jesus Hornig

Kailash de Jesus Hornig is a driven and attentive guy who is passionate about helping people find their next career steps. With a background in both recruitment and business development, Kailash has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and individuals, which has given him a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist in today’s labour market.
Kailash has a strong desire to constantly develop and learn in new fields, and has had the privilege of working in both small and medium-sized companies, as well as international environments during his career. This experience has given him a broad insight into how people and organisations can grow together.
Through his work, Kailash has seen the importance of building long-term and trusting relationships. He sees every meeting as a chance to understand the needs of the individual and to help them on their journey towards personal and professional development. His genuine and attentive manner allows him to quickly build a safe and motivating atmosphere where people feel appreciated and understood.
Kailash holds a degree in Engineering Organisation and Economics with a specialisation in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. In his profession he has recruited specialized talent and advised client on talent acquisition for both R&D and engineering. Over the years he has also developed a good understanding for a number of software and hardware systems. He values openness, transparency and co-operation and is always ready to walk the extra mile if it helps his clients achieve their goals.In his spare time, Kailash enjoys being outdoors and getting back to simple problem solving like how to safely climb a mountain, or set up a camp and cook over an open fire. He finds deep inspiration in getting to know new people and hearing their stories.
